Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bio-based tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the arrival, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
